I am doing some experiments on the computational aspects of Kannada-i.e Machine translation of Kannada. In this connection Iam  in need of Kannada-English parallel text, that is bodies of text that have the same content in both english and kannada. One such corpus is the newspaper articles published by deccan herald(with kannada news articles in prajavani @ prajavani.net) . However at this point I am only able to read the articles but I am unable to save them in a machine readable Unicode format ( say with utf-8 encoding). Any suggestions to make this happen will be welcome.
