Set it for maximum size. Also add RAW if available. That is the maximum file size you can get. Even then if the size is less than 15mb, then you will have to change the camera. But who told that only 15mb file size means high resolution? High quality is more important than high resolution.

Someone asked if I can send a High resolution pictures like 15 Mb size ( as they said ). So I wanted to know if from the same camera I can get a picture of 15mb(megabyte) size. Pl exuse me as my terminology may not be technically appropriate.

Typically you won’t find odd numbered megapixels. So will most likely find 12, 14, 16 and 18 mega pixels only. 10 mp camera cannot give you 15 mp pictures. You can crop a 16 or 18 mega pixel picture in to 15 mega pixel.

Also higher the megapixel pixel, more space is needed to store it on your memory card or hard disk. It also loads very slowly when you want to see it on screen.
