http://vishvakannada.com/blog/open-book-exam/ Sun, 22 Dec 2024 10:26:36 +0000 hourly 1 https://wordpress.org/?v=6.3.8 http://vishvakannada.com/blog/open-book-exam/comment-page-1/#comment-511770 Wed, 27 May 2020 04:38:17 +0000 http://pavanaja.com/?p=2222#comment-511770 Open book, ಮಾದರಿಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳು ಒಮ್ಮೆಗೇ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಕ್ಕೆ ತರುವುದು ಹುಚ್ಚಾಟವೇ ಆದೀತು. ಹಂತ ಹಂತವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದರೆ ಕೆಲವು ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾರ್ವತ್ರಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಇದೆ. ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಂದ ಪ್ರಾರಂಭವಾಗಬೇಕು ಈ ಕ್ರಮ. ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ಪೂರ್ವಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ನಂತರ ಕಿರಿಯ ಪ್ರಾಥಮಿಕ ಹೀಗೆ. ಓಪನ್ ಬುಕ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಮಾಡಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾದ ಪಠ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು, ಈಗ ಇರುವ ಸಿಲಬಸ್ ಅಷ್ಟು ಸಮರ್ಪಕವಾಗಿ ಒಗ್ಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ‌ ಎಂದು ನನ್ನ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ.

But when a minister proposes idea, it is illogical to call it is a bad Idea. Or else we wont change the system for better. It should trigger more healthy discussion.
